RIP Borders. I like to think this work helped them stay alive a few years past their due date. This Cannes, One Show and Clio-winning holiday campaign reminded people that it's not just the thought that counts when gift giving, but the original thought that counts the most. 

Build Your Own DVD Box Set Event

Instead of the usual "buy 4, get the 5th free" clearance sale to get rid of old DVD stock, we offered up a new way to intrigue movie lovers: The custom-made DVD box set. We left samples as POPs in the movie section and offered blank boxes for customers to build their own dream box sets. It was the most successful sale in the history of the DVD clearance event.
